Next week's draft, ready for you
Every week the app builds next week's draft at the time you usually plan, and tells you when it is ready to review.
- For owners
You do not have to remember to build the week. The app prepares next week's draft shortly before the time you usually plan, from the availability your team shared.
Steps
- Wait for the notification Next week's draft is ready. It says how many shifts, the coverage and the open slots.
- Tap it: the week board opens on that week.
- Review and fix the draft. See Edit the week by hand.
- Publish when you are happy. See Publish the week.
- To turn it off, open Settings and switch off the weekly auto-draft. You can also change the day and time there.
Good to know
- The planning time is learned from when you published recently. With less than three weeks of history it is Sunday at 18:00 in your time zone. The draft is built 90 minutes earlier.
- The draft is never published for you.
- Nothing is built if you opted out, if you use same hours every week, if the week is already published or already has shifts, or if nobody submitted yet. It waits and retries until the week starts.
- Auto-draft is a paid feature.
