Terms of service
Last updated November 2, 2026
These terms govern your use of Turnifo, provided by Tomer Hirschmann, Business ID 214975138 (Israel). By creating an account you accept them on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.
1. The service
Turnifo helps businesses build and publish weekly shift schedules and lets employees see shifts and send availability, time-off and swap requests.
2. Accounts
You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account. The business owner is responsible for the people they add and for having the right to share their data with us.
3. Plans, trial and payments
A free plan (up to 5 employees) is available. Paid plans come with a 14-day free trial through the App Store or Google Play introductory offer (one trial per Apple ID), which you can cancel any time in your Apple ID or Google Play settings. Paid plans are bought in the App Store or Google Play and billed by Apple or Google under their terms, including renewal and refunds. Prices are shown in the app and on the website and include applicable taxes where the store adds them.
Employees never pay.
4. Schedules, rules and legal compliance
Rest-period and working-hours values are defaults, not legal advice. The business is responsible for complying with employment law and any collective agreement. Automatic schedules are suggestions that the manager reviews and publishes.
5. Time tracking, location and legal responsibility
Time clock, absences, availability and location features are tools. You decide whether and how to use them. You are responsible for complying with local labour and privacy law (for example, in Italy Article 4 of the Statuto dei Lavoratori, which can require a union agreement or labour-inspectorate authorisation before locating workers; the GDPR, and in Spain article 90 of the LOPDGDD) and with any collective agreement, including informing your employees about what is collected and why. Turnifo provides tools, not legal advice. Before turning on a location check or automatic clocking, the business owner confirms this responsibility in the app; we record who confirmed and when.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, try to access other businesses' data, overload the systems, or use it to send unlawful or unsolicited messages.
7. Your data
You keep ownership of your data. You grant us the right to process it to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Turnifo available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change features with reasonable notice for material changes.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Termination
You can stop using Turnifo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Cancel a paid plan in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel, without affecting the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of the country where you live. Questions: support@turnifo.com.
