Delete your account

In the app

1. Open {app} and go to Settings.
2. Open Account and choose Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Business owners must first transfer the business to someone else or delete it; employees can delete their own account at any time.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, send us the request below. Use the email address of your account. We will reply to that address to confirm it is you before we delete anything.

What happens to your data

Deleted: your profile and sign-in, your availability and requests, your clock-in records and location data, bonuses and deductions recorded for you, sick-note files, assistant conversations, shift offers and your personal share link. Push tokens, subscription links and analytics profiles are removed too.

Kept in anonymous form: shifts and hours the business needs for its own records appear under "Former member", without your name, contact details or notes. Accounting records that the law requires us to keep stay for the legal period.

We delete your data without delay and in any case within 30 days of a confirmed request. Backups are cleared within another 35 days.
