One link for the team WhatsApp group

The team link is one address for the whole group. Whoever opens it picks her name and sees her own shifts for the published weeks, without installing anything.

Steps

1. Send the week: in setup on the last screen, or later from the week, share the picture. The picture carries the same link.
2. Or open Settings, find Team link for the WhatsApp group and press Copy link.
3. Paste it in the group. Each person opens it, picks her name and sees her shifts.
4. If it leaks, press Replace the link: the old one stops at once. Turn the link off closes it completely, and you can create a new one later.

Good to know

• The page shows first names only (a last initial if two people share one) and published shifts only. No phone, email, pay or notes.
• The link stays the same from week to week and shows every published week.
• It is read-only. To swap shifts, claim open shifts or get notifications, people need the app. See Invite your employees.
• You can send each person their own invitation link from the Team tab instead.
