See what is free, what each paid plan costs, how the 14-day trial works and what locks when it ends.
- For owners
You pay as a business, by team size. Employees are always free and never see a paywall.
Plans
- Free: up to 5 employees, manual scheduling, publishing and notifications.
- Starter: up to 10 employees, 8.49 euros a month or 84.99 euros a year.
- More than 10 employees: 1.99 euros per employee a month, sold in bands of 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 75 or 100 employees. For example, the band of 20 costs 39.99 euros a month.
- More than 100 employees: contact us.
The yearly price is two months free. The store shows the final price in your currency.
What paid plans add
- Automatic building of the week.
- Rules written in plain language.
- Roster photo import.
- Swaps and open shifts.
The free trial
- The trial is 14 days with every paid feature. You start it from the App Store or Google Play.
- It starts once you have seen your first week built.
- To stop it, cancel in the App Store or Google Play before it ends.
- The Billing page and the banner on the Week tab show the days left.
When the trial ends
- You stay on Free. Auto-build, plain-language rules, roster import and swaps lock, and tapping them opens the plans.
- Manual scheduling, publishing and notifications keep working.
- Free allows 5 employees. For more, choose a plan.
Good to know
- Prices are for the whole business. Employees are never charged.
